Is your packaging discreet?

Yes, packaging is discreet. I only ship in plain brown boxes to protect your privacy. When shipping internationally, I simply categorize your toy as "silicone sculpture" on the shipping label.

What are your toys made from?

My toys are made from 100% platinum-cure silicone, with certified skin safe pigments for coloration. Platinum silicone is body-safe, non-allergenic, extremely durable and easily sterilized.

Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order?

I do offer cancellations, as long as the cancellation request is received by email within 3 hours after purchase. Please make sure you really want the item before ordering to avoid the possibility of being unable to receive a refund.

Due to the nature of our items, I do not accept returns or exchanges. This is to avoid the risk of receiving or reselling used toys.

What should I know about the shipping process?

It is the customers responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct. If you did not provide the correct address before the order was shipped and the item is shipped to the wrong address, it will not be replaced or refunded. Missing packages will be replaced only if the item was lost in transit. If the tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided, it will not be replaced or refunded.
