Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS 

I do offer cancellations, as long as the cancellation request is received by email within 3 hours after purchase.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Due to the nature of my products I do not accept returns for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Wrong firmness, size, model, or colors ordered by the customer. It's up to you the buyer to read the listing details provided.
  • Items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after receiving.

Please inspect your toy thoroughly before opening the bag. If you suspect there is an issue with your toy that was not listed on the site, document the issue with photos and contact me immediately, but DO NOT OPEN THE SEALED BAG. 

Removing your item form the sealed bag may void my ability to discount or refund  your purchase.
